From waiting to portioning

在厂家10月8日的访谈中，广岛Hinokko Kitchen说，以前热菜要等自然冷却；使用ARTLOCK后，约10–15分钟冷却，再开始分装。这是客户报告的体验，不是通用冷却时限或食品安全保证。该厨房配送的便当采用冷藏，并非冷冻。

In the manufacturer’s October 8 interview, Hiroshima’s Hinokko Kitchen says it previously waited for cooked food to cool naturally. With ARTLOCK, it reports about 10–15 minutes of cooling before portioning. That is the customer’s experience, not a universal cooling time or food-safety guarantee. Its delivered bento meals are chilled, not frozen.
